Clearwater Advisors are a leading firm of strategic communication advisors. My work included coaching and training senior leaders and speakers helping them to develop and deliver messages. I worked predominately at executive level and my work helped raise funds, drive new strategies, improve pitch win rates and strengthen client relationships. I worked with a number of blue chip companies in the fields of finance, technology, and FMCG. I supported organisations in London, Europe and CIS. My role with Clearwater encompassed delivery along with key account management and client relationship management.

My role involved taking responsibility for the Practical Leadership Programme and the other development programmes being run by Benchmark. This required close monitoring of standards and successfully driving-up the levels of client satisfaction. This involved working with the trainers and the client on the gradual evolution of the programme. I also had a key role in business development. My efforts strengthened client relationships and directly led to the new work from blue chip clients.

I led the the team responsible for delivering Leadership and Management training on the award winning Practical Leadership Programme.This inspirational and ground breaking programme provided front line leaders with tools, skills and confidence to drive change and save money for their organisation.

Part of small team that scoped a project to track down failed asylum seekers for the Home Office. Responsibilities included agreeing benchmarks for success and recruiting the delivery team. I left the project as the team reached initial operating capability to join the Benchmark Training Division.

Graduating from The Royal Military Sandhurst in 1993 I was commissioned into The Royal Tank Regiment. During my career I served in a number of operational theatres which included Iraq, Sierra Leone, Northern Ireland and Bosnia. Other roles focused on the design and delivery of training and also included a tour at the Army Officer Selection Board at Westbury.
