I worked with Energy on developing their process and company structure for three months.A thriving company at the forefront of cutting edge tech.Working closely with the MD and Head of Client Service to:• Design a process to capitalise on the company’s unique structure and capabilities as well as map out workflows• Ensure responsibilities were defined at all stages of a project journey• Develop a company structure to drive efficiency

• The consultation was a joint venture with the agency and their major client, Three Mobile, on process and the introduction of the Project Management role• Content was produced across multiple formats, new and old, ranging from game shows and music videos to traditional print and broadcast• It was a 6 month contract to evaluate and improve process and introduce financial vigour across all activity with Three• Evaluation covered resourcing, scheduling and production as well as process in the wider sense from initial client brief to finished outputs• An experience which completely endorsed my decision to work in the great city of Dublin

• Led the Project Management, art buying, picture research and integrated production teams on a global rebrand of HSBC• Involved the creation of over 70 master assets rolled out globally, as well as additional bespoke local assets• Encompassing multiple media - over 50km of posters, airport media, experiential, digital and moving image• Always working to a fixed budget whilst ensuring the highest creative standardsAlso worked in development of global comms for other HSBC brands such as Premier and Private Banking.

Consultancy roles in the PM, operations and creative services field which include:BBC World Service process audit - In early 2017 BBC set up their own creative agency BBC Creative. It was modelled on domestic needs rather than cater for those of the World Service team. It was also based in a separate location to the marketing team. I was employed to improve the working practices between WS and BBC Creative through:-Learning about current process through one on one interviews with both the Marketing and Creative teams-Identifying the issues and also recognising what currently worked-Developing new and improved process options from strategy through to final file delivery-Agreeing the best solution involving key stakeholders from both WS Marketing and BBC Creative-This was then finessed and implemented with both teams-The outputs were across all media, from owned TV through to bespoke local activity and involved transcreation into 40 languages • M&C Saatchi Export - Developing a campaign and asset management system for a creative agency and their global client• McCann Health - I developed and implemented a new agency process which addressed the needs for improved creative resourcing, a truly integrated studio and the introduction of a Project Management team. This included structural recommendations

The undoubted highlight was under Graham Fink's tenure where I supported him in improving the agency's creative profile3. House of Peroni Led the team of PMs who worked together to create this impressive experiential piece involving input from several group companies. A ‘pop up’ installation that lasted for a month and was filled with stunning Italian art and culture. It involved producing everything from paper invites through to a consumer facing micro-site as well as designing and fitting the residence itself

Having started my career at Lowe Howard-Spink I spent 5 years on the supplier side giving me a valuable insight into the creative services field from a different perspective.I then returned to the agency environment becoming Deputy Creative Services Director at DMB&B, and then Creative Services Director at New Media Industries.
