To assist in managing the entire gamut of spare parts, operations from inventory control to pricing policy in coordination with Tech.Head, Spare Parts Manager and Financial Controller.▪ Executing and dispatching the Branch Orders (Stock Transfer) Planning and designation parts order, which are on priority.▪ Executing the customer’s order from DMS SAP B1 system for the Spare parts received at the Warehouse.▪ Ensuring the availability of the parts to the customer based on their priority and also ensuring the receipt of the customer at the earliest if the Machines are under brake down condition.▪ Responsible for stocking, maintaining & Supervising inventory of Maintenance Parts Storage Room (Monthly Cycle count), as well as keeping the inventory cost within limit▪ Stock Audit/Verification and reconciliation of discrepancy. Parts maintain in FIFO. System (First In First Out).▪ Invoice of the order as per the price Quoted to the customer and ensuring the timely delivery of the same to them.▪ Dispatching the material to the customer / Branches through Air/ Rail or Road transport as per the prevailing condition.▪ Responsible for Processing claims, shortages, damaged goods, back orders, core returns, and overages.▪ Responsible for Purchasing and maintaining inventory Controls.▪ Monitors daily reports and sales productivity.▪ Establishes individual parts inventory levels and balance them for maximum turnover.▪ Maximize warehouse storage usage by Organize warehouse from Fast Moving to Non-Moving items.▪ Inventory Level :-Keep inventory level above the safety stock level.
