Keeping blank & PDC cheque for North/East & prepare working of misc. credit notes, follow up for C forms for all zons. Processing of Credit Notes & Debit Notes for various schemes, turn over discount, ORC, rate difference, reimbursement of various expenses to dealers, interest on security deposit, cash discount reversal, interest on late payment and cheque bounce charges etc according to company policies. Authorization of receipt entry parked at various depots and supervision of collections and handling centralized system of cheque bounce and follow up for the payment.
