I am a Process excellence professional having 20 + years of experience in the areas of Process Improvement, Productivity improvement, Quality improvement, Operational Cost reduction, Delivery improvement, Cycle time reduction, Problem-Solving, and Root cause Analysis through Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen. I have worked on green field projects as well as brownfield projects in the area of Operational Excellence. I have been exposed to various industries e.g. ITES shared services, Banking, Manufacturing, Construction & Shipping. I have continuously been working on change management, thereby improving people and processes maturity, involving people at all levels, and resulting in inclusive and comprehensive business growth. My area of work is well supported by my strong academic background. I am a PMP and Six Sigma master black belt certified and trained business excellence practitioner from CII.
