CurrentResponsibilities: • Reviewing the maintenance of electrical and electronic instruments, including Transformers, LT Breakers, Reheating Walking Beams Furnace, DC/AC Drives, EOT Cranes, AC Motors, Magnets and more.• Conducting testing and parameter optimization of Chopper Panels and AC/DC Drives, including Thyristors, IGBTs, and related components. • ACS800 multidrive and standard drive Fault analyzing in both hardware and in parameters. Replacing of AINT, APOW, AGPS, DSSB, DSMB-01C, DSMB-02C, DSAB, RTAC, RPBA, APBU, RDCU. • DCS800 drive knowledge and problem-solving skills. Replacing fault cards like CON4 card, Pin4 card and parameterization.• Better Fault analyzing skills using IBA, Alarm in HMI and Drives as well as field. Also fault tracing using scheme diagram.• Worked and familiar in IN touch HMI software.• Worked in level-2 software and knowledge about problem solving.• Maintenance and troubleshooting of EOT crane with magnet panel.• Developing and implementing electrical cable routing plans across the plant, covering both power and control cables.• Supervising manpower allocation for various electrical maintenance and installation tasks.• Managing the upkeep and testing of Circuit Breakers, Transformers, Soft Starters, and various motor protection systems (D-O-L, F-R, S-D).• Performing periodic inspections and maintenance of Squirrel Cage Induction Motors to ensure operational efficiency.• Overseeing the testing & calibration of electronic sensors, including Loop Scanner, HMD, Proximity Sensors, Pyrometers, & Positioning Sensors for accurate functionality.
