Role: IT Recruiter Designation: Executive - Client Services Responsibilities:• Sourcing Candidates for Different Client in USA.• Gathering the requirements from the Manager/ Lead and lining up candidates according to the priority requirements.• Sourcing the profiles using different methods like Job portals and Employee referrals based on the Job Description provided by the recruiters.• Having a detailed check with the candidates about their status, experience and their interest to work with Our Clients in INDIA.• Negotiate pay and other terms and conditions of employment, while screening them.• Conduct telephonic interviews, screening and shortlisting the candidates for different technical areas based on Job Description.• Sending a mail confirmation to the candidate as a reminder.• Sharing the details of the candidates to the recruiters.• Reminding the candidates a day in advance for their Interview.• Finally receiving feedback from the recruiters for the interviews done and take a count on the number of offers given.• Maintenance of HR Information system like, Clients requirements, Interview Schedules, Selected and Rejected candidates. • Having a regular update about the number of offers given.
