Rippleworks brings the practical support social entrepreneurs need to scale faster and improve more lives. Through short-term, high-impact projects, social ventures partner with an experienced executive to tackle top operational and strategic challenges. In 2017, I partnered with Geekie, an adaptive learning platform that uses innovative personalized learning technology to improve student engagement and learning outcomes throughout Brazil. As Geekie scaled, their top priority was to drive user engagement with world-class product strategy as it piloted a new mobile digital learning system that supports classrooms and teachers. I provide guidance to Geekie's CEO and product leaders to align their business objectives and product strategy through a deeper understanding of their target users, their pain points, and clarifying their value proposition. In addition, we worked on how to run lean experiments with clear success metrics so they could continue to refine their value proposition. In 2020, I partnered with VIA Global Health, a company founded to deliver universal access to critical medical products, information, and services. As VIA Global Health scaled, new features and functionalities are needed as the platform grows to support their growth.
