As Governance Officer at AAIN to provide administrative support to the Country Director and Senior Management Team. This role is also required to supports in responding to internal (AA Nepal, Asia Country Support, Global Secretariats ActionAid’s associate, affiliates and country programmes etc.) and external (Ministries, Social welfare council, Journalists, peer organizations, partner organizations, Network, alliances etc.) requests under the guidance of Executive Director. As a Governance focal person has to be involve in the AAI international and national governance process (General Assembly, Board Meeting, Governance Review, Consitituion & Governance Manual Review etc). Has to coordinate all board of governance and carry out the ensure good governance process in the organization.
