Manage APAC L2/L3 team (D&B and Ops) for IT infrastructure solution.Involved in the initial discussion of Project decision, POC, information gathering, vendor product/ solution evaluation.Signoff the LLD and HLD for any upcoming projects.Implementation of cutting-edge technologies and banking strategic solutions such as Blockchain, Finacle, Receivables etc.Driving the migration of Bank IT infrastructure to Cloud (Apphost). 80 percent has been completed.Review/ Signoff the LLD and HLD for any upcoming projects.

Responsible for strategic planning for Middleware/ messaging/ Datapower infrastructure in the ASIA/EMEA/AMRS region.Primarily responsible for any Infra related P1/ P2 on any of the GWBIO Applications.Manage/ Own PBI and PKE for all APAC related issues.Monitoring each project deliverable by coordination with internal teams (UNIX SA, DBA, App Support) and external vendorsDrive various initiatives for monitoring, automation and better stability.Monitor and allocate the team with INC (incident tickets), NWR (Nexus Request) and CRQs (Change requests) and make sure executed on time and with precision.Approval of CRQs as part of ITSM process. Join the weekly CAB (change approval) meetings.Drive Operational Readiness (OR) process in the region.Ensure internal audit and Operational assessment for UCAL applications.Manage rollout of GIS mandatory patch/ Quarterly patch for Middleware products.Internal audit of Technology infrastructure (MQ and Middleware components) for APAC and EMEA.Manage License procurement for Middleware products including Datapower.Handle Projects / build of MQ and Middleware (WAS, WebLogic, Jboss, Tomcat,Data power) in the region.Provide solution and design for the End to end message flow.

Payments Plant is a global team of SMEs which is responsible for all the Payments related Application health, maintenance, as well as overall stability.Responsible for Internal audit of Technology infrastructure in APAC region.Drive the call and troubleshoot any Payments issue, and insure faster restoration.Primarily responsible for any Payments related P1/ P2 during APAC business hours.Provide solution for critical infrastructure issues, like single point of failure, SHA1 to SHA2 migration, Poodle etc.Own Problem Management /Post problem review (PM/PPR) ticket for Payments Application.
