Job Profile: Work on Rotating equipment of Reciprocating Compressor customer order execution, Standardization and Improvement and Casting Simulation projects.Software used: NX 1953 and Teamcenter 13, SAP Job Responsibility: Read all LBU documents related to compressor specification such as compressor data sheet, sales order and make comments on it if any deviations. Attend the order transfer meeting to discuss all design comments with sales order person and finalized the sales order. Create checklist and order speciality documents which include all data of compressor specification. Material selection of compressor components such as frame, cylinder, cylinder liner, cylinder cover, lantern, valve cover, piston, piston rod, crosshead, connecting rod, crankshaft etc and create final MOC (Material of construction) sheet. Selection of long lead items of compressor such as cylinder, frame, connecting rod, crankshaft etc and design modification if required. Working on Crank gear, cylinder, assembly, and drive execution and create final BOM Working on Tubing connection, Outline and Cross – Sectional drawing. Checking of all drawings prepared by CAD team. Pressure details calculation of cylinder  Cylinder wall thk. and no of bolt Calculation as per AD2000 Valve cover bolt and pressure screw calculation. Piston, piston ring and rider ring clearance calculation with cylinder liner. Width calculation of rider ring as per API 618. Clearance volume (dead space) calculation of cylinder. Inertia calculation of flywheel for flywheel selection. Working on instrumentation mounting of compressor. Post order documentation such as bearing clearance table, tightening torque, Run out protocol measurement, Piston rod monitoring and Name Plate details.
