As Dean at the Sushant School of Art and Architecture, I led academic and research activities, successfully establishing both a Master’s program and driving the growth of the Ph.D. program. Under my leadership, the school secured significant research and consultancy grants and was recognized as one of the top five schools of architecture in India. I also expanded the school’s admission capacity, increasing seats from 20 to 160, and further to 200 in the next semester to accommodate rising demand. In addition, I spearheaded infrastructure development, introducing cutting-edge facilities such as a 3D printing and robotics lab, a fabrication lab, and an upgraded library. These advancements, along with the newly launched Master's program, provided students with access to the latest technologies, research tools, and comprehensive academic growth opportunities, enhancing both their theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

At Lovely Professional University, I played a pivotal role in initiating and directing the launch of a new Master’s in Architecture program, designed to meet modern industry standards with a focus on urban planning and sustainability.
