CurrentMarketing responsibilities:• Contribute to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.• Obtain market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.• Maintain online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.• Maintain research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.Other responsibilities:• Responsible for the overall client relationships and satisfaction through the entire sales process, support, and follow-up.• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges and security practices.• Provide demonstration to prospective customers for company product and services to improve sales.• Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components, perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.• Require to multi-task and manage time accordingly and successfully work in a constant fast-paceenvironment.• Cultivate and maintain positive relationship with wireless partners and manufacturers.• Partnered with store leadership to always keep our location ready for executive visits.
