Most recently, I was selected to design and manage a process to facilitate collaboration between enterprise cybersecurity and business units impacted by system changes. In this capacity, I led several multimillion-dollar cybersecurity projects with cross-functional teams of up to 200+ business/IT resources. Additionally, I directed incident resolution, obtained release approval from the Change Advisory Board, and mentored junior staff.While serving in this role, I enhanced company testing efforts by establishing a coordinated release schedule for cybersecurity and application teams responsible for 150 applications. Additionally, I accelerated releases to production by reducing testing time from one month to two weeks per environment.Also notable, I championed Agile Scrum within the organization and trained business, IT, and cybersecurity resources on its effective use. Subsequently, I managed the Scrum of Scrum team, created install plans, and mitigated business disruption of new functionality or enhancements.

After my success at Interbank FX, I was recruited to lead a multimillion-dollar project to migrate Fidelity’s cybersecurity tools and platforms into a secured, highly confidential environment. While managing this initiative, I led the global project planning with a cross-functional team from the USA, Ireland, and other areas. Additionally, I developed the operational training strategy and facilitated end user training for the new environment, tools, and functionalityBy partnering with business, security, and IT stakeholders, I successfully migrated 150 cyber security employees to a new, confidential environment and implemented a role-based access structure to improve security and internal controls. As a result, the project enhanced the overall security for all of Fidelity’s customers.

In 2011, I was selected to lead the design and development of products and enhancements for the foreign exchange (forex) market from concept to launch. While serving in this role, I led a team of 8+ software engineers, web developers, and technical administrators. During this time, I decreased development costs by implementing best practices and prioritizing high-ward/low-risk products and enhancements. Also notable, I championed and utilized Agile delivery methodologies to improve speed, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Equally important, I recruited, hired, and led a mobile development team to create and rollout mobile trading solutions for stock options and forex.

In 2009, I was recruited to lead support for Interbank FX’s forex trading platform. During this time, I managed 24/7 application support, led a team of six, and oversaw all technology projects in addition to managing the multimillion-dollar budget, vendor relations, purchasing, and contract review. Additionally, I ensured compliance to CFTC and NFA by managing all technology audits and recommending process changes as needed. While serving in this role, I saved $240K annually by leading the $3M Data Center Relocation Project to move the data center from Utah to New York. Also notable, I led the technology aspects of a company-wide office move in order to minimize downtime and ensure a seamless transition.
