I have worked in the Transportation industry for 4 decades. Starting as a driver, then an Owner/Operator.In 2004 I moved inside to training and recruiting where I have been for 20 years. I don't think of recruiting as simply filling a seat. I connect some of the hardest working people in the country to opportunities to support their families and develop a sense of pride in their vocation.
