I help top-level decision-makers, in the for-profit sector, concerned with underserved, multicultural, and health-challenged populations address increase their revenue, operating efficiencies, and profitability—or, for public sector and nonprofit leaders, boost their funding, constituent engagement, and real-world results.Initially, I address the client pain points of (1) losing revenue due to disappointing, offending, or failing to serve their multicultural customers, (2) losing operating earnings due to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) related regulatory or judicial setbacks, and (3) losing brand equity due to public perceptions of insensitive corporate behavior. Next, I address the need for culture-specific (1) understanding, (2) value propositions, and (3) value delivery. Finally, I address the aspirations of maximizing culture-specific (1) brand equity, (2) revenue and (3) market share. I do this by (1) evaluating their business capabilities, business model, target markets, value propositions, and track records; (2) developing a mission, vision, and set of SMART objectives for their cultural competence programs; (3) creating dashboards, scorecards, and other reporting tools for tracking changes in brand equity, revenue, and market share; (4) describing essential modifications to their targeted personas, policies, programs, processes, projects, products, and people; (5) developing action plans; and (6) guiding them in implementation. This ensures we (1) increase the health literacy, self-efficacy, and self-care—as well as the well-being, productive capacity, and socioeconomic status of the clients’ customers; (2) boost earnings growth, risk mitigation, and competitiveness for the clients; and (3) improve community health status, employment, and economic vitality for my communities.Through this effort, we align health-promoting stakeholders toward the greater good, creating a better-functioning society, and maximizing human flourishing; as evidenced by collective improvements in the well-being, productive capacity, and socioeconomic status of served populations.
