A change management journey of simplification and centralisation. This time period was focused on a US acquisition, a business representing c. 45% of combined Operating Profit, and the pre and post merger activity to integrate the operational treasury activity.

I was fortunate to have a sojourn in Singapore, covering a breadth of geography from Pakistan to the Pacific Islands. High lights included supporting the start up of a new venture in Myanmar and a public rights issue in Indonesia, as well as the transformation of the treasury function with the implementation of a new treasury management system (SAP) across the region, and growth of a global treasury shared service centre.
