Senior officer in charge of a US Army airborne tank company. Responsible for the training, health, welfare, morale, and wartime deployment of more than 100 soldiers. Managed training and operations as well as maintenance of assigned equipment.

Primary staff officer for an Army battalion (700+ soldiers). Responsible for the administration and personnel management of the organization. Also responsible for military legal administration of the organization (UCMJ).

Senior officer in charge of a tank platoon and (later) a reconnaissance platoon in West Germany. Responsible for the training, health, welfare, morale, and wartime deployment of 30 soldiers and associated equipment. Managed training and operations as well as maintenance of equipment valued in excess of $10 million.
