Initially responsible for restructuring the station’s sales staff and sales systems; subsequently assumed responsibility for Cox Radio – Richmond’s highest billing stations (WMXB and WKHK). Led a staff of 20 Account Executives and 4 sales managers.Notable Accomplishments: ▪ WMXB FM – Held the #1 power ratio rank in each month from June 1998 until April 2005. Increased sales revenues on WMXB from $3 million (#8 billing station) in 1998 to nearly $4.8 million in 2003 (#4 billing station). ▪ WKHK FM – Revenues grew from $4.5 million (#4 billing station) in 2000 to over $7.6 million (#2 billing station) within a 3 year period.
