To Seek Life originated from an inspired young man in the Philippines named Adrito Mane, who had a desire to start a business that would provide a stable income for him and jobs for his friends and family. The business, a chicken farm. In Partnership with Adrito and after extensive research and business learning, the first farm was established in October 2017. After 8 months of business Adrito died in a tragic accident. Upon arriving in the Philippines for the funeral, it became apparent to Russel Smith that 4 families relied heavily on the income the chicken farm provides and 5-7 student workers relied on income from the monthly harvests to help them finance their way through school. Shortly after returning from the Philippines, Russel and Melinda Smith together with their business partners Paul and Angela Pothier founded To Seek Life, a non-profit organization committed to building Chicken farms in the Philippines, conducting business training and working with managers to run a successful business.To Seek Life is here to teach the Filipino people how to run a financially successful business in an effort to create wealth and raise the standard of living in the Philippines.

Work with 11 scouts to help them meet and exceed their goals and objectives. As a Scout Master I made it very clear that I wasn't interested in making these boys Eagle Scouts. I was interested in developing young boys into men using the scouting program. The By Product: 11 Eagle Scouts. If they made it their goal to get their Eagle I wanted to be sure they were given the opportunities to meet that goal. I worked with incredible Assistant Scout Masters that helped in the planning and execution of Weekly Scout Meetings and Monthly Scout Camp Outs. As a unit we were communicative, energetic and productive in all that we did.

As the Marketing Director/Assistant Finance Director I established an integrated marketing approach to website marketing, personal contact marketing and banner marketing. I also coded a quickbooks type program that was tailor made to the companies needs which is still in use today.
