About Russell Hinds

Over the last five years, my efforts have focused on transformation and innovation. This focus on transformation and innovation has resulted in meaningful work spearheading the Army's Airborne ISR organization redesign and change. I am grateful to work for the Army's Innovation Command as a Science and Technology Innovation Officer. These efforts have provided a broad exposure to emerging disruptive technology, innovative tech adoption and integration, and future threats and risk analysis.I look forward to reshaping and contributing to the Strategic Defense and Intelligence Innovation community.
