I concurrently managed engagement across five areas and engaged stakeholders as part of the $2B Connections Project, coordinating timely consultation with landowners to ensure they understood their involvement with the project and what it meant for them. This involved complex negotiations and presenting connection options and reconfiguration plans, coordinating legal agreements and managing projects to successful completion.Achievements– Successfully closed out 1048 old business cases– Negotiated the modernisation of 111 irrigation meters with landholders during the Winter Works Program– Contributed to a politically and culturally sensitive Landholder Pipeline Project, that enabled construction to commence quickly– Analysed water saving data using meter and channel water savings and developed cost per millilitre saved for each project– Managed landholders, contractors and stakeholders in four new reconfiguration plans– Coordinated and negotiated planning permits, cultural heritage and environmental assessments to gain approvals– Successfully managed water savings process across 840 of GMW’s irrigation outlets within a tight timeframe– Analysed issues, researched and consulted stakeholders, and negotiated multiple pump redesigns, to successfully obtain permits and commencement of construction

Initially employed as a Teacher my role evolved into a Program Management role, designing, delivering and managing the College’s Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning Program, enabling students to achieve academic success, gain vocational qualifications and obtain jobs. Achievements:– Aligned with students to build school structures that provided practical vocational skills and helped beautify the school environment– Collaborated with the local wine industry to implement a school vineyard, which gave students practical skills in wine production and marketing
