I design, develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive web-based portal for Edins Byggkranar AB. This fully customized system tracks faults (felanmälan) within our fleet of cranes, handles tower crane configurations, worktime reporting, invoice tracking, project planning, KMA documentation management, and more.The portal is hosted onsite on a server running Debian Linux, served by Apache, and utilizes a MariaDB database. All code for this extensive system is written by me, from scratch, using PHP and SQL, with Bootstrap for the front-end design.

As the IT Manager, I oversee all IT-related tasks within the company, from setting up and configuring new hardware and software to coding and maintaining our intranet and websites. I manage the installation and maintenance of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, as well as networking equipment, primarily using Unifi products. Additionally, I provide day-to-day IT support to co-workers, including installing new programs, handling license renewals and activations, and configuring printers and networks.

Managing the procurement, inventory, and organization of Comansa tower crane spare parts and accessories. This includes ensuring the timely ordering of necessary components, maintaining accurate stock levels, and overseeing the proper storage of all items to support efficient operations and minimize downtime. Additionally, careful tracking of inventory helps anticipate future needs and ensures that critical spare parts are always available when required.

I am responsible for creating all work preparations, Safe Job Analyses (SJA), and risk assessments for the assembly, disassembly, and operation of our tower cranes. For each tower crane on every project, I compile a comprehensive Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QHSE/KMA) binder. Additionally, I develop detailed assembly and disassembly plans that include all the necessary documentation, such as risk analyses, Safe Job Analyses, and work preparations, to ensure safe and efficient operations.

I actively contribute to maintaining the company’s ISO 9001 and 14001 Quality Management Systems (QMS). My responsibilities include participating in both internal and external audits, supporting preparations for annual recertifications, and collaborating with teams to ensure compliance with ISO standards. I also assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.

During my time as a tower crane operator, I operated Comansa tower cranes of all sizes, with a specialization in the large cranes of the 21LC series. My work on major projects, such as Kista Torn and Norra Tornen, has left a permanent mark on Stockholm's skyline. I contributed to the successful construction of countless other projects, ensuring safe and efficient crane operation throughout.
