As a State Trooper Senior with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, I've committed my career to maintaining highway safety and security by enforcing local and state laws. I am currently assigned to the Highway Patrol Division's Motor Carrier Safety Unit. I've earned several certificates, including the State of Alabama's Police Officer Standards and Training Commission, Traffic Homicide Investigation, FMCSA North American Standard Parts A and B, FMCSA General Hazardous Materials, and CVSA Cargo Tank Inspection. I also earned an associate's degree in information technology from Southern New Hampshire University.My short-term goal is to further my education by earning a bachelor's degree in emergency management with a minor in homeland security from Jacksonville State University. This will enable me to pursue my long-term objective to work in emergency management at the state or federal level. I also intend to pursue a master's degree in emergency management in the future.I am willing to explore fresh opportunities where I can utilize my experience and skills in the field of law enforcement or emergency management.
