• Designed, estimated, and supervised construction of 2,500 sq ft $120,000 addition to school. Project completed on time and under budget. • Project Engineer on 100,000 sq ft Marriott Residence Inn. Implemented Timberline management software companywide for communication flow with RFI, submittals, and change orders. • Assistant Project Manager for 29,000 sq ft Custom Multi-Family Unit; problem solving, coordinating and directing meetings, and coordinated $1.5 million in changes. • Awarded estimates for commercial jobs for design-build and hard-bid jobs valued between $500,000 and $12 million. Restructured excel estimating spreadsheets for Sr. Estimator. • Completed final punch lists and coordinated all warranty work.
