As the Certified Scrum Product Owner for all customer facing operational messaging channels, I am responsible for delivering timely and relevant information to travelers in the moment using email, SMS, and push notifications. Working in an Agile environment, I prioritize needs to maximize benefit and help my development teams deliver quality products that meet stakeholder needs quickly. I ensure a quality product by coordinating user acceptance testing, to document any defects and analyze impacts, working with all parties to deliver excellent tools that help our customers. I help to educate others about Agile processes, to ensure understanding of the benefits of this methodology.

Responsible for creating best in class customer experience by empoweringpassengers with rich, real-time information across multiple channels. Support customer's day-of-departure journey, focusing on proactive notifications. Work closely with Technology, Commercial, and Operational groups to identify, analyze, prioritize, and document detailed business requirements.

Instruct and lead training classes for Airport Operations division of United Airlines. Manage training processes and evaluate participants to ensure delivery of excellent customer service. Support stations by providing follow up sessions and work with airport management to address techincal and service training needs on a local level. Lead the training team on site in new locations or in support of business partner changes in worldwide locations. Assist in developing new class materials and supporting materials.
