Policy development and war-time medical plans for Defense of South Korea

Managed and lead team of USAF personnel, RoK Civilians and Contractors. Provided all medical and Dental items used at the most forward positioned AF hospital to a war-zone.

Researched, designed, projected, wrote, and programmed the medical plans to achieve and support the Commanders’ desired objectives for Seventh Air Force and US Forces Korea in defense of the Republic of Korea (ROK). As Deputy Surgeon, represented the Surgeon at conferences, planning forums, and staff meetings. Worked with Joint and Coalition planners from the US Army, US Navy, and ROKAF to ensure collaboration and synchronization of medical treatment and patient movement plans for both US and ROK military forces. Routinely processed and handled classified material and media.

Chief of distribution and transportation for the largest military medical/dental supply warehouse in the world. Supported all of Europe and Middle East US military facilities.
