I manage two Recruiting Managers, one Client Solutions Manager, and six recruiters directly, and I indirectly oversee a total of 30-40 recruiters in daily operation. I hire and train all of STS's recruiters, supporting technical recruitment within the aviation, commercial, and defense industries. I also provide strategic account support with national clients. I develop training presentations to promote continuous learning among the entire recruiting staff at STS (over 60 recruiters) across contingent workforce, executive search, and RPO assignments.

I recruited for a number of different positions, ranging from high-volume needs to more selective requirements. In addition to sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers, I provided background check verification services, reference checking, drug screen management, onboarding, and post-placement services for clients like AT&T, Books Are Fun, RJ Reynolds, and Energy East.
