Students had a chance to not only read, write, and discuss group dynamics, but also experience first hand the makings of an effective group and team. The skills learned in this class are transferable to any industry, any level of management and will help students understand and appreciate their role in every team they will be part of.

Dog Tag Bakery will not only create world class baked goods for humans and dogs, but will supply the real-world work environment for our veterans’ to practice and develop the skill sets that they study in their coursework. As we progress, we will employ a Theatre Program that will teach our veterans new ways of communicating. This program will provide an environment that is both supportive and therapeutic as the veterans relive some of their toughest moments in order to take the positive steps forward in acclimating to their new lives.
