Expertise in construction management, MGP site remediation, asbestos remediation, and hazardous waste, underground utility installation of sanitary sewers, storm sewer, underground storm sewer retention, domestic water mains, project cost estimates, project planning and scheduling.I have held the position of Construction Superintendent for an Underground Utility Company for the past 13 years. My duties included, schedule material, work force, equipment, to complete the job in a timely and cost effective schedule. I also carry the responsibilities to communicate with the owners, city officials, engineers and inspectors. I have had the opportunity to work on many aspects, small residential, large residential subdivisions, small and large commercial and industrial sites. I have had the opportunity to perform work in road building, foundations, site development, demolition, hazardous material, and underground utilities. As Superintendent, I have coordinated and scheduled several million-dollar jobs at the same time and directed a work force of 25 employees. I am a self-starter and a fast learner, with what I believe to have excellent management skills. I also have the OSHA 10 and 30 hour class, HAZ-WOPPER, and TRENCH SHORING SAFETY.Specialties: Cost estimating, preplanning, managing and executing large and multiple construction sites.
