(1 run ~ 1 section)- 16 Horizontal wells drilled as DD (6 multilateral fishbones)-Directional control (Horizontal wells, multilateral wells - Fishbones (15.5', 11.625', 8.688', 6') PD, Vortex jobs, Motor jobs, Kick off, Sidetracks)- Make up / Lay Down BHA, pre-run calculations-Worked in real time geology and D&I measurements while drilling oil wells for clients such as Rosneft, Eurasia Drilling Company, Irkutsk Oil Company, IGS, IDS, RN-Burenie and IPM. -Responsible for equipment selection and preparation to use in each job, assuring optimal conditions for operation.-Responsible for equipment inventory and coordinate shipping to rig site along with logistics department, as well as reception and setting up in rig site.-Install hardware, setup units-Tool programming. Developed computer programming and geology skills to program each tool into client requirements and job specification.-Engineering calculations for each specific rig site such as pumps monitor, frequencies to use, latitude and longitude coordinates, and magnetic interference previous to each run.-Work along with DD/DEC to select the optimal combination of BHA for each section.-Work with data demodulation software to process geology and drilling optimization data sent to surface from tool once in the well.-Daily reports of rig site activity, GR and Resistivity logs, LAS format logs and daily invoice to client and to Field Services Manager.-Reported directly to FSM to ensure an effective execution of project.-Process final client data, apply corrections and deliver End of Well Report which contains geology and Direction and Inclination official survey data.-Worked in extreme weather conditions above the Russian Arctic Circle (Temp. below -40F).
