I am a project finance lawyer who enables his clients to develop and finance renewable energy projects. I represent developers and investors in the development and financing of solar, wind, biomass and other infrastructure projects.I have negotiated all manner of project development and finance contracts including particular focus on EPC agreements, procurement agreements, operations agreements, project offtake agreements, financing documents, joint venture agreements and tax limitation agreements.
