My experience in the financial industry over the past 20 plus years has been to listen very carefully to my clients talk about individual or family needs, both long term and short term goals, and understanding the importance of each. I help them understand the processes for building wealth strategies and pursuing capital preservation. Although these processes can be very precise and definitive, they have to be flexible as life is constantly changing and sometimes we all may experience a surprise along the way. The objective is to help provide a strategic plan. In doing so, my belief is a plan has the highest probability of success if both the client and the Advisor participate fully in the process. Understanding goals, continually educating , meetings, strong communication and annual reviews can help keep the process on track. Each relationship is unique and the implementation of each plan can also be different. Therefore I use a very tailored and structured approach for each client. I also work closely with client CPA's and their attorneys to help ensure we have done our best to address the needs of our clients.
