when I started, I was a technical monitor, duties included monitoring over 100 active sites for deactivation, working with sub contractors to improve efficiency, train other monitors efficient and effective ways to make sites ready for final inspections and maintained spreadsheets to track progress. I was later promoted to technical lead of deactivation and installation of fire sprinkler systems in temporary housing. this position allows me to use my cdl skills to move equipment to different sites all over texas, operate heavy equipment for deacting and installing units.

I have opened and closed some of largest MHU housing staging areas for fema, Currently working as federal staging unit leader for a complex operation for DR-4332, i currently manage 27 employees at 2 of FEMA's largest staging yards 3600+ manufacturered homes to support hurricane Harvey and supply units to other disaster when a disaster is declared and coordinated 2200 units to disaster survivors of hurricane Harvey. Other duties would include transportation manager, receiving and distribution manager, equipment opperator and public relations between state and private individuals.
