Contributed to user testing initiatives and implementation of findings. Project resulted in a 19% increase in new acquisition checkout conversions.Designed, delivered, and translated requirements to development and BA teams on multiple online self-care projects including but not limited to account management, account upgrades, customer shopping cart & checkout, and bill payment. Projects resulted in a 52% increase in self-care transactions and a 59% increase in online account registration.A key contributor to the conception, design, development, build-out, testing, and launching of DIRECTV’s first phases of the online entertainment portal.
