Facility workload and resource direction of 127 associates (54 direct reports) in this international distribution center for electronic systems shipping off 5,400 orders per day consisting of 77% parcel and 19% LTL. Team leader on a recent Six Sigma Black Belt project that projected over $2.25 million in direct labor savings. Directed a Kaizen event team that produced a total fiscal improvement of close to $3M annual savings. Led or served as a key member on three Lean projects in the past two years with combined savings and revenue generation of $1.75M.

Resource and asset management. Served as supervisor on the execution and control during the start-up of a separate business unit with 54 associates, 7,600 sku's and $10MM of inventory. Used team building skills, process documentation/training and long hours to bring team up to productivity and housekeeping standards.

Managed 16 staff members and up to 42 flex associates and a $3.5M operating budget for this 3PL that specialized in secondary co-packing. Change-agent for a $750K 9-month turnaround by installing a WMS package, originating business development efforts and decreasing cycle times by eliminating non-value-added tasks.

Managed up to 155 associates (seven direct) and a $13.3M operating budget in this secondary co-packing operation that produced 270,000 units per day. Produced superior quality units of diverse consumables via thermo sealing, module assembly, liquid filling, blister pack, clamshell and assembly/kitting projects. Responsible for all procurement, materials flow, production, distribution, 5S and maintenance. Redesigned inbound procedures to gain control of the production scheduling and demand planning modules. Implemented controls and compliance standards over vendor deliverables. Served as team leader and collaborated with clients on production-based marketing /packaging design projects that elevated their promotions to a new industry benchmark.
