Responsible for Procurement and Logistics for Retail Stores and Shop-in-shops for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, managing the Supply chain for all purchasing activities, including overseeing Visual Merchandising and store concept, maintain best market prices, minimizing contractual risks to the Company while ensuring full compliance to all service levels.• Responsible for the full logistics process for retail development. Manage the logistic partner and ensure in cooperation with the different stakeholders all processes work flawless.• End responsible for stock management, preparing stock overviews and providing analysis. • Managing procurement team (3 employees).• Vendor management, managing and evaluating vendors by maintaining relationships, setting up KPI’s and monitoring service levels.• Ensure price, product quality and service quality.• Contract management.• Business lead SAP Inventory Management, designing and implementing the Inventory Management Module into our new SAP system. Contributing to other areas as Procurement, Store projects, Vendor direct, Re-ordering.• Analyse and negotiate prices for all purchases for Retail Stores & Shop-in-shops.• Manage tender process for store development materials, source to contract.

Manage all aspects of purchasing & Logistics Services to ensure effective supply of required goods for Retail Shop-in-Shops and Stores.• Manage all processes and communication with the external Logistics Company.• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Stock System processes, including the alignment of Retail Database content with Logistics Company reporting. • Managing optimal stock levels with a focus to minimize cost.• Purchase stock ensuring best possible cost prices and timely and accurate delivery of goods. • Coordinate the placing/processing of Store Opening Pack orders in conjunction with Store Project Managers, Visual Collateral Coordinator and Procurement Assistants. • Ensure product content, (including pricing), within the Retail Database, Stock Lists and Order Forms are aligned. Maintain in conjunction with Store Development Concept and Visual Merchandise teams. • Maintain standard reports to monitor supplier performance and cost levels in conjunction with the various Retail Director’s as applicable. • Oversee Supply Chain administrative process overall, including confirmation of Terms, agreements and Contracts. Worked on this in conjunction with the various Retail Director’s as applicable. • Assist as designated with the development of Retail Database systems going forward. • Support Retail Analyst on general projects/tasks as required.
