I provided administrator support on 4 classified networks and 3 unclassified networks. This allowed direct support to users in three different countries to collaborate and share real time information with little to no downtime. Also stood up the organizations first tactical virtual servers to support remote areas for Air Missile Defense sensor systems and their operators in Japan, Guam and Kwajalein, Marshall Islands. Assisted in the acquisition of over $2 million in IT equipment for life cycle replacement for over 2,000 users throughout the Pacific Theater.

Stood up the tactical operation cell for 1st Heavy Combat Brigade, 1st INF DIV during Operation New Dawn. Strategically employed the combat network radio system to provide FM services over IP based systems which allowed redundant capabilities and farther reach of signals for our ground troops.

Provides information system technology support to Army Special Programs Directorate (ASPD) and organizations in Special Access Program community. Advises Director and Deputy Director on system life cycle replacement, collaboration SharePoint Tools, and new system capabilities approved by DISA. Lead contractor on VTC suite life cycle refresh; expanding requirements to meet the demands of social distancing during COVID-19 restrictions.

I provide guidance and oversight to over 60 service members from each of the branch of services. I advise on training and professional development as well as administrative action support. I oversee the requisition of positions for both officers and enlisted to ensure efficient support across the Joint Service Provider.
