I work with Talent Acquisition team at Colt Technology Services, a network provider that enables customers’ digital transformation through agile and on-demand, high bandwidth solutions. The Colt IQ Network connects over 900 data centres across Europe, Asia and North America’s largest business hubs, with over 27,500 on-net buildings and growing.I moved into Talent Acquisition in June 2020 as part of an internal mobility movement in Colt giving various opportunities to internal employees to explore various functions across the organisation. Also, I’m an SHL certified recruiter and a Mental Health First Aider.I joined Colt as a Fresher, having spent 3.9 years in HR Ops largely responsible for all activities in Bangalore site location from On boarding to Exit of employees. I have a rich foundation of managing various operational activities including On boarding and Induction, Employee Experience, Stakeholder Management, Employee Engagements and Connects, Employee Grievances etc.
