1. Technical Assistance to Niger State Primary Health Care Development Agency (NSPHCDA)for Primary Health Care Management Capacity Strengthening (MCS) contracted by TechnicalAdvice connect with funding from Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF).- Reviewed and updated the Human Resources for Health (HRH) policies; designed anattendance tracking system for the states’ Primary Health care (PHC) system whichyielded a 50% increase in staff punctuality.- Developed an inventory system for the management for data tools within the PHCsystem, enabling about 90% of the health facilities track availability of these toolsreducing stock outs by 80%- Developed a targeted capacity building plan and training modules on HRH and datamanagement and facilitated the training sessions for PHC managers across all levels fromhealth facilities to state level.2. A micro-census to estimate the under-5 population of children in Benue state usinggeospatial analysis with funding from USAID through MGCL through Presidential MalariaInitiative for state (PMI-S).- Worked with the team to develop the research protocol, tools, project implementation framework,analysis plan and implementation budget.- Conducted mapping of enumeration areas on high resolution readable geospatial mapsusing ArcGIS.- Recruited and trained 120 Research Assistants (RAs) to be deployed across the selectedenumeration areas for the micro-census3. Integration landscape analysis (a systematic review of health integration in LMICs and casestudies of three low-income countries - Madagascar, Nigeria, and Nepal) with funding fromUSAID through MCGL- Conducted an extensive review of the “Optimization of Integrated Routine ImmunizationSessions (OIRIS)" strategy.- Conducted data collection and analysis (Dedoose) of the qualitative data from the study.- Worked with the team to develop the study methodology, detailed research analysis plan, the KII guide and led the analysis and reporting process.
