Public Health Program Officer, Diploma for Oral Health improvement in 1994 from Nottingham University and joined Rochdale NHS Trust 2000 as lead Nurse for Oral Health improvement before working in Public Health.Passionate about work to improve the health of our HMR population by delivering Public Health within a local health system. Working with consultants in dental public health, Specialists in public health and colleagues in primary care, Secondary care and education to manage and develop projects in line with Public Health priorities and NHS delivery plans.Proud of the ongoing work in Rochdale Borough Council, Public Health Team tackling with passion the the impact and ongoing challenges that COVID-19, Government and financial pressure has given us. GDC registrantChair of the local joint IPC and OHI steering group exploring links and supporting local studies.Previous chair of the GM OHI elderly oral health steering group.
