Facilitate quarterly regional partnership meetings• Conduct monthly contract review meetings with individual sub-contractors, challenging and supporting sub-contractors, and holding them to account for delivery against targets• Develop & monitor sub-contractor performance improvement plans, identifying opportunities to support and build capacity, facilitating exit where necessary• Interpret and report on contract performance data for the sub-region• Provide monthly revenue forecast figures for the sub-region, reporting forecast to the Head of SSW• Analyse and report accurate and timely performance data to the Head of SSW, including the current and forecasted performance to feed in to monthly internal reporting and quarterly ESFA performance reviews.• Attend LEP review meetings and ESFA performance meetings, updating on performance. Provide timely progress reports to ESFA and LEPs as required• Identify and report on risks and issues as appropriate, and lead on resolution of operational, contractual and performance issues.• Develop sub-contractor capacity; sharing best practice, identifying capability gaps and areas for improvement.
