i am a partner in our Plot Sales team, specialising in new build plot disposal – whether for shared ownership, private sale or other initiatives, currently acting for more than 20 clients, including leading UK housebuilders and Registered Providers. I have over 37 years’ experience in the sector (and yes I am that old) and act for leading public and private sector providers and have been a market leader in LCHO sales for over a decade. I also have extensive experience in undertaking overseas sales and have close contacts in the Far East.. I have been working on a number of large multiple tenure sites across the country for developers and registered providers including the landmark sites and regeneration projects such as Canary Wharf Barking Riverside and Wembley Park.I live in Surrey with 4 dogs a cat and grumpy husband.
