Working in this skilled nursing environment demanded proficiency in accurate and timely patient assessments, administration of ordered medication via all routes, skilled treatments (ie. wound dressing changes, chest tube maintenance, etc), proficiency in paperwork and documentation, alongside a high level of interpersonal communication with clients, staff, families, and management alike.
