2021-2024 Lead school nurse Radnor house school Sevenoaks. Responsible for the management of the medical center and the nursing provision in an independent school for students age 2-18.. Tasks included were;Administrative , team management, health and safety, child protection,health education and PHSE , medical first aid training and stock, medical budget and pastoral care.Risk assessment for school trips and management of care planning for acute medical conditions.Supporting medical staff in their professional development, training and appraisals.Maintenance of medical equipment. I worked as an autonomous emergency nurse practitioner for 22 years in a stand-alone nurse led minor injury unit which I helped set up.I now work on the bank/ agency as an ENP. My qualifications and experience allowed me to apply specialist clinical nursing interventions to all age groups. For the nine years prior to this role I worked as a senior staff nurse and staff nurse in accident & emergency at Guys A&E London /Tunbridge Wells A&E and medical/haematology wards.
