Duties and Responsibilities include:- Maintenance of Sage Line 50 Accounts- Sales ledger entries, raising invoices- Purchase ledger- Reconcilliation of all sales and purchase ledgers- Reconciliation of all bank accounts, including foreign exchange accounts- Monthly financial reports to Managing Director- Journals- Vat Returns- Credit control- Franchise Reporting- Payroll - Sage Instant Payroll

Responsible for the smooth running of the office and accounts. The role involves:•Purchase Ledger•Sales Ledger•Reconciling Supplier Statements.•Making Payments.•Preparing Customer Monthly Statements.•Credit Control.•Bank Reconciliation.•Handling of confidential material. •Banking.Responsible (as part of the management team) for the operation of the shop floor:•Management of sales staff, and allocation of duties.•Senior customer service duties, enabling the business to meet the customer needs, and ensuring customer and supplier satisfaction.•Stock input to ensure data is kept up to date and remains accurate.•Stock management, including ordering and delivery arrangements.
