As Development Manager, I assisted with planning and development matters associated with individual schemes. More recently, I have been involved in the coordination and submission of a hybrid planning application for a large development scheme in east London of circa 2,800 homes, 80,000 sqft commercial uses. Tasks included: Procurement and management of multi-disciplinary consultant teams; General project management duties comprising day to day management of consultant teams, audit of project budgets, identify project and programme risks and options; Collaboration, engagement and managing relationships with business partner, third parties, stakeholders; Overseeing drafting of Legal Agreements such as Contractual Agreements, Development Agreements and S106 Variation Agreements; Negotiation with external parties on development matters; Drafting and preparation of Board Reports; Coordinating and undertaking public engagement events.
