• Provide a strategic, efficient and flexible procurement service.• Assist in the development of internal procedures and documentation in relation to procurement.• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project specific procurement is fulfilled effectively and to budget.• Keep fully informed of market trends, supplier pricing alterations and economic stability which may impact the company.• Control stock inventory using relevant systems and to report and analyse usage and future requirements.• Creating purchase orders for all purchasing and expedite all authorisation and invoice payment.• Provide monthly WIP, purchasing and stock reports, including year-on-year analysis.
