In my current role as SENDCo I create an inclusive environment where all children can thrive. This involves personalising the curriculum and workspaces, ensuring that individual student needs are met, and supporting staff with training and skills development. My duties have included liaising with exam boards, teachers, parents, and students to ensure effective collaboration and communication. Through fostering positive relationships and maintaining an approachable manner, I successfully manage staff training and contribute to a supportive learning environment.My experience as a House Leader has allowed me to contribute to shaping positive behaviour policies and fostering a supportive and inclusive school culture. I have promoted teamwork and leadership skills among students, further enhancing the school community. My expertise as an Art Specialist has enabled me to set up and lead the Art department, achieving exceptional results in GCSE Art examinations.
