• Responsible for being the liaison between our IT Data Visualization team and our Government client. • Creating and refining User Stories to our Data Visualization team for each release success.• Gathering and documenting the necessary requirements from our Working Group.• Responsible for documenting, updating and managing all the aspects of each release such as: roadmap, RFR and milestones files as well as its enhancements specifications by following the Agile methodology.• Leading internal and cross functional team meetings for the success of our releases by working directly with Project Managers, architects, developers and engineers to successfully complete releases.• Responsible for documenting, tracking and updating our Quarterly Planning Files as well as leading all the meetings with our Data Visualization team.

• Responsible for being the GFR Management liaison between our IT GForce team and our clients (SMEs & GFRs)• Lead cross functional team meetings to gather data and business requirements for IT enhancements. Complete triages of any IT bugs within the projects and report them to IT if needed. Maintained and monitored project timelines to ensure accuracy in reporting of project status by following the Agile methodology.• Responsible for defining solutions (requirements, designs, services, recommendations) to business/ systems problems.• Lead internal efforts to move assigned products through the Product Life Cycle process by insuring that all necessary documents and deliverables for cross-functional teams have been met. • Facilitated and supported cross-functional activities required to achieve the planned objectives ensuring that we optimize the demands of the stakeholders. Manage all product enhancements and releases communication to our clients.• Responsible for all the systems analysis documentation and the integrity of the solution through user acceptance testing (UAT) of the project. Created and provided trainings of the completed enhancements and/or project to our clients through live sessions (for 300+ users - countrywide).

• Led cross functional team meetings towards the collection of data for the Department’s Onboarding process review by following the Lean Six Sigma methodology. • Completed the implementation and release of the Onboarding Process Improvement.• Responsible for the department’s planning, forecast and analysis of our yearly goal metrics. • Responsible for the monthly Budget Variance meeting to management, Directors and AVP for the department.

• Worked on the department’s Business Plan in conjunction with the AVP and manager on the development of our strategic forecasting and planning numbers based on our metrics and provided recommendations. • Collect, consolidate and organize documents and data required for financial reports, business plan and operations. • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing data and delivering the performance of our GFRs to the Executives, Directors and managers from our department and company. • Responsible for all the GFRs expenses such as equipment and their monthly commissions.
